Google's Power to ruin small business's without warning or accountability

This is a copy of the letter's I have sent to the President, my Congressmen and all Local and National New Agencies in what I consider just a first step to stopping the unfair practices of Google! I also have a blog on www.myfoxutah.com (the local Fox Affiliate Stations web site) and am looking for similar stories and experiences AND ANYONE WILLING TO HELP STOP THIS MONOPOLY GOOLE HAS! TIME FOR GOOGLE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

Google's Practices are putting small companies out of business with practice that should be a violation of Federal Trade Acts.

I wanted to ask for your help in supporting small companies that are being destroyed by the improper practices of "banning" or "penalizing" web site owners over very minor keyword infractions in their policies and without even a warning. And being able to take away any and all listings on their service due to it. Not even the Government can without due process, have the total devastating affect is has on small businesses that are totally on-line based. One small mistake and they have the "right" to remove the entire business from the face of the web. As 75% of ALL traffic to most web sites comes through search engines, this is wrong and give one company the ability to control our economy.

With the state of our economy and the you our President recently signing into law the Economic Stimulus Package trying to keep us out of depression and help small businesses survive these hard times, allowing Google to drop/ban all of a persons means of providing an income due to them removing listings that where gained honestly and with hard work and a long time and cost financially to get those listings is and should be regulated. And Google's only response..... It's a free service. This is NOT an isolated incidence and is happening to hundreds of businesses daily.

Google has TOO MUCH POWER!

Between practice like this and the issues they are issues in litigation on-going with Google Maps and infringing on personal property owners rights by photography whatever they want and posting it on-line, clearly shows Google has been allowed to do as they please for way long now without being regulated or they need to be made accountable for the devastating consequences they are doing to the small business owners and publics rights in general. I feel this has a huge interest especially here in Utah as well as our Nation and as we are such a home based business and small business State and Country. This is not an isolated incidence, but common practice.
